Junior Implementer (Odoo ERP)

--ZAD Solutions.--
ZAD Solutions · Full-time · On-site at ZAD Solutions office · Entry rung of the functional delivery ladder

About the role

ZAD Solutions has been building business systems since 2002 and has been an Official Odoo Gold Partner since 2009. We implement and support the operating backbone of mid-market and enterprise businesses across Egypt and Saudi Arabia — finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and the processes that connect them.
The Junior Implementer is the entry rung of ZAD's functional delivery ladder and the single intake point for every client request on a live account. You are the first person a client reaches when something needs attention, and the person who checks — every working day — that live systems are producing figures that trace. It is a role with real responsibility from the first month: you handle unfiltered client requests, you inspect live financial data, and you decide what gets resolved at your desk and what gets escalated. Alongside support, you are deliberately rotated into implementation workstreams so you build hands-on configuration and data experience.
You report to an Implementer, who audits your work daily and handles your first escalations, within a delivery team led by a Team Leader. The path forward is published and specific: Junior Implementer → Implementer → Senior Implementer → Project Manager → Team Leader, with written promotion gates at every step.

We are looking for people who are precise, curious about how businesses work, and comfortable saying "this number doesn't look right" out loud.

  • Follow ZAD's documented delivery processes

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree — business, information systems, accounting, or comparable
  • 0–2 years in ERP support, application support, or client-facing operations
  • Demonstrated accounting literacy — the monitoring duty inspects live financial data from day one

  • Professional English and Arabic, written and spoken
  • Client-ready written communication and complete record-keeping
  • Discipline to follow a defined process consistently
  • Available full-time, on-site

Nice to have

  • Interest in AI-assisted delivery tooling

What We Offer

A career path with the steps written down. ZAD runs a published Qualification & Competency Framework: every role carries defined competencies, required certifications, and explicit promotion gates, so you know exactly what stands between you and the next rung — no guesswork, no politics. You will be assigned a supervising Implementer for daily coaching and audit, and sit under a Team Leader accountable for your development, including deliberate rotation into implementation workstreams so you build genuine delivery evidence rather than only ticket experience. Certifications are company-supported, and every ZAD employee carries an annual certification target. Beyond that: the credibility of a seventeen-year Odoo Gold Partnership, exposure to both Egyptian and Saudi engagements, a competitive package with a formal annual review cycle and a single July promotion window aligned to salary recalibration — and a firm investing hard in AI-enabled delivery and reusable IP, which means the skills you build here appreciate rather than commoditize.
