Introduction

ZAD Solutions has been building business systems since 2002 and has been an Official Odoo Gold Partner since 2009. We implement the operating backbone of mid-market and enterprise businesses across Egypt and Saudi Arabia — finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and the processes that connect them.

We are opening a six-week, no-cost training programme for graduates who want to enter ERP implementation properly rather than learn it by accident. You will be trained on Odoo's core modules, on how a business actually runs on the system, and on ZAD's delivery method — inside a live delivery environment, alongside the consultants and implementers who do the work.

The programme is offered free and carries no employment obligation in either direction: ZAD is not committed to hiring, and you are not committed to joining. What it does give you is a real, structured grounding in a discipline that is genuinely in demand — and a direct look at ZAD from the inside. Participants who perform strongly during the programme will be considered first for Junior Implementer openings as they arise.

We are looking for people who are precise, curious about how businesses work, and comfortable saying "this number doesn't look right" out loud.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree — accounting, business, information systems, supply chain, or comparable
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
  • Solid accounting literacy — trial balance, journal entries, document-to-statement flow
  • Strong Excel — lookups, pivots, large data files
  • Professional English and Arabic, written and spoken
  • Clear, structured communication with non-technical people
  • Discipline to follow a defined process consistently
  • Analytical instinct — chases what doesn't reconcile
  • Available full-time, on-site, for the full six weeks

Nice to have

  • Hands-on Odoo exposure or completed Odoo eLearning modules
  • Internship or graduation project in accounting, auditing, ERP, or business analysis
  • Progress toward an accounting credential (FMAA, CMA Part 1, or equivalent)
  • Excel certification (MO-201) or equivalent
  • Basic SQL or reporting-tool familiarity
  • Customer-facing or service-desk experience
  • Interest in AI-assisted delivery tooling

What we offer

Six weeks of structured, hands-on training at no cost — delivered by practising consultants, not trainers, on the same standards our own team is held to. You will learn Odoo's core modules, the ZAD implementation method from requirement gathering through go-live, and the data discipline that separates a competent implementer from a system operator. You will train inside a live delivery environment with real client scenarios, not sandbox exercises, and you will have direct access to Implementers, Consultants, and Team Leaders throughout. Every participant who completes the programme receives a certificate of completion from an Official Odoo Gold Partner and clear, individual feedback on where they stand. There is no fee, no salary, and no obligation on either side — but strong performers are the first people we look at when a Junior Implementer position opens, and ZAD's career ladder from that point is published and specific: Junior Implementer → Implementer → Senior Implementer → Project Manager → Team Leader.
