Sales & Customer Engagement Executive

As an employee of our company,  the Customer Engagement & Sales Executive will drive client engagement, manage sales opportunities, lead negotiations, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role is responsible for handling high-priority prospects, managing renewals and collections follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client engagement, high-priority opportunities, and sales negotiations.
  • Conduct sales meetings and coordinate pre-sales activities.
  • Lead the negotiation process until closure.
  • Maintain customer relationships, renewals, upselling, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on collections, investigate delays, and negotiate payment resolutions.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • Proven previous sales experience (essential).
  • Strong experience in customer handling and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Experience in software, ERP, or technology sales.
  • Experience in managing renewals and subscription-based services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
