As an employee of our company, the Customer Engagement & Sales Executive will drive client engagement, manage sales opportunities, lead negotiations, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role is responsible for handling high-priority prospects, managing renewals and collections follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage client engagement, high-priority opportunities, and sales negotiations.
- Conduct sales meetings and coordinate pre-sales activities.
- Lead the negotiation process until closure.
- Maintain customer relationships, renewals, upselling, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on collections, investigate delays, and negotiate payment resolutions.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Proven previous sales experience (essential).
- Strong experience in customer handling and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Experience in software, ERP, or technology sales.
- Experience in managing renewals and subscription-based services.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
